Beautiful inspiring imagery accompanies the author's heartfelt reflections. This workbook captures the essence of the Cultivating Self-Care virtual communities that explored how to nurture themselves during their gatherings during the summer of 2022. Hosted by One Girl Standing LLC, these gatherings continue monthly on the third Thursday of each month.
